Relative Strength (relativestrength.com.au) provides ASX stock analysis tools for Australian traders. These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Relative Strength. By creating an account or using the site, you accept them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
• One account per person; accounts are for your personal use and are not transferable.
• You must provide a working email address — it is how we deliver password resets and account notices.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the site. Programmatic access is available only through features that explicitly provide it (such as watchlist export and API access on plans that include it), within their published limits.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish our data, rankings, or analysis without written permission.
• Share your account, or circumvent usage limits or feature gates (including AI analysis quotas).
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
• Use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

We offer a free tier and paid subscription plans. The following applies to paid plans:

• Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle, in Australian dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.
• Price changes. We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price takes effect. Where an early-supporter (founding) rate has been promised for a plan, that rate is honoured for as long as the subscription remains continuously active.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Your plan's features remain available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Plan changes. We may change what each plan includes. If we materially reduce what a paid plan includes, we will tell you before your next renewal.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies those consumer guarantees, or any other right or remedy you have under law that cannot be excluded.

If the service has a major problem, you are entitled to the remedies the Australian Consumer Law provides, which may include a refund. For minor problems, we will fix the problem within a reasonable time.

Beyond your legal entitlements, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or for the unused portion of a billing period after you cancel — cancellation instead leaves your plan active until the end of the period you paid for.

The site's software, design, rankings, indicators, thematic classifications, and written content are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription or account gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them through the site — it does not transfer ownership or grant redistribution rights.

Content you create (watchlists, forum posts, messages) remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and display it as part of operating the service.

We work hard on data quality, but market data comes from third-party sources and we do not guarantee that any data, calculation, or feature is accurate, complete, or always available. We may modify or discontinue features, and maintenance windows or outages can interrupt access.

To the extent permitted by law — and subject always to the Australian Consumer Law guarantees above — we are not liable for trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for it in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice — by email or an in-app announcement — before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
